- Host scheduled live sessions on a daily basis, showcasing product features and benefits to the audience.
- Engage actively with viewers by responding to comments, giving shoutouts, and maintaining high energy to retain audience attention.
- Develop a strong understanding of product knowledge to confidently answer questions during live sessions.
- Plan and execute live-only promotions, flash deals, and countdowns to drive urgency and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to improve live performance and sales strategies.
- Maintain consistency in performance, attendance, and overall live session quality.
- Perform other duties within the department.
