Eden Rose is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to join the firm that delivers professional legal services across the East Midlands. Location: Loughborough, Stapleford and Bingham (flexible working location).
Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients across a wide range of litigation matters
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents
- Act on behalf of clients in court, mediations and negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and case management systems
- Stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes
