LITHO MACHINE OPERATOR

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Precisely follow instructions on work tickets and accurately read and understand “10-point checklist”
• Responsible to ensure adherence to quality systems, processes and procedures
• Monitor, measure and report on production related performance
• Manage waste and spoilage
• Adherence to scheduled maintenance plan
• Adherence to housekeeping standards, SHE & OSH act requirements with a “ZERO INJURY” culture compliance

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Matric is a minimum requirement with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role operating a 8 Colour Heidelberg CP2000
• Trade test qualification will be advantageous
• Knowledge of various printing and finishing technologies
• Superior colour perception and colour management skills
