Lisbon-based Full-Stack AI Engineer: Build AI Agents

Menhir is seeking a generalist full stack engineer to join our Lisbon headquarters and work on an AI-powered revenue recovery platform for healthcare clinics across Europe and the Americas.

This role is cross-stack by design: you will build frontend, design APIs, write queries, and integrate AI components, owning problems end to end as the product scales from hundreds of clinics to tens of thousands across markets.
