The Liquidation Manager management of department staffed with liquidation negotiators tasked with completion of short sale and deeds in lieu transactions presented to the company via real estate agents, attorneys, and other third parties. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The approved Target Pay Range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.
**What you'll do:**
+ Manage the staff that receives inbound & outbound calls from borrowers, real estate agents, attorneys and/or an authorized third party with questions regarding short sale and deed in lieu of foreclosure requests.
+ Analysis of submitted Short Sale and REO transactions to assure investor approval and compliance.
