Job Description
Full-time office-based role at our DHA office, with working hours 6 PM – 3 AM . Monday to Friday
This is a results-oriented, long-term role, focused on lead generation and meetings. Before joining, we will finalize the strategy and KPIs.
Compensation:
Base salary: PKR 75,000 for the first 3 months (probation)
Commission: 10% on business closed during probation
After 3 months: Base salary can increase to PKR 100,000–125,000 if targets are met, with commission adjusted to 5%
