This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how LinkedIn actually works — the algorithm, engagement, and outreach — and who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions. The ideal candidate blends sharp written English, strong outreach instincts, and an analytical eye for what's working.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content (posts, newsletters, documents) on a founder's profile
• Run daily engagement by writing thoughtful, human comments on posts from the target audience to grow profile visibility
