Job Description Job Title: Lineman Reports to: Distribution Crew Foreman FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Work Schedule: Full Time Position Summary: The Lineman is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical distribution systems. This role requires a high level of skill, safety awareness, and the ability to work in various outdoor environments, often in challenging weather conditions. The Lineman works under the direction of the Distribution Crew Foreman to complete tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
