**Job Title: Line Operator (1st Shift)** **Job Description**
This role is part of a rotating Line 1 Operating Team in a manufacturing environment. You will work across four different positions during each shift to support the full production process, from placing blades on the conveyor through heat treatment and cooling, to painting and final quality inspection before shipment. You will contribute to a clean, organized, and team-oriented production line where attention to detail and safe operation are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Rotate through four Line 1 positions during an 8-hour shift as part of a coordinated team process.
+ Place blades on a conveyor line that feeds them through an oven or furnace according to established procedures.
+ Use a hand tool or grabber to safely remove blades from the conveyor and place them into a press.
+ Remove parts from the press and place them in a quench to cool, following all safety and quality guidelines.
