- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, portioning, and plating of dishes
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station at all times
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor of needed supplies
- Maintain consistency and quality of food served to customers
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years' experience as Line Cook or Kitchen Staff
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
