Job Duties:
- Inspecting eggs throughout the production process, removing damaged, dirty, leaking, etc.
- Assist in operating the breaking line by removing shells, waste, and other products.
- Contain a clean working station area, following the safety requirements.
- Perform quality assurance checks during egg washing, candling, and breaking operations.
- Complete required production documents.
