We're growing and need sharp, reliable people to join our Lahore operations team.
Role Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for North American transportation companies
- Manage bookings, modifications and driver coordination using dispatch software (LimoAnywhere, iCabbi, Moovs and others – full training provided)
- Coordinate directly with drivers and clients in real time
- Cover assigned shifts including evenings and nights (North American time zones)
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched trips and communications
