Light Duty Driver

To deliver items/products from the warehouse to the retail stores as per the process and ensure proper documentation is maintained with high customer satisfaction.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive the vehicle delivery schedule from the delivery supervisor and deliver the vehicle to the stores at the specified date and time.
• Ensure the items are handled with care and delivered to the stores without any damages.
• Handle all complaints, concerns of the stores to delivery process, damages caused during transportation of items courteously and escalates it to the delivery supervisor/Customer Service for appropriate resolution.
• Organise and maintain all the store acknowledgements/receipts and submit them to the delivery supervisor.
• Ensure delivery vehicle is roadworthy and is in good condition.
