Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle/Wellbeing and Engagement Assistant to join our residential care team and contribute to the provision of excellent care for our residents at mecwcare Wahroonga House (Ballarat) - our 90- bed aged care home.
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver meaningful and engaging activities that promote connection, creativity, and wellbeing. Your support will help enhance the daily lives of our residents, encouraging independence and joy in a relaxed and caring setting.
