As a Lab Patient Technician, you will provide essential support in the specimen collection process. Responsibilities include greeting patients, ensuring they understand the collection procedures, and performing necessary tests such as drug screenings and ECGs. Your interaction with patients will require excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Request required information from patients upon arrival
• Perform and accurately document phlebotomies
