Elevate customer engagement at Jerry.ai as the Creative Lead for Lifecycle & Retention. Your mission is to transform transactional messaging into heartfelt, relationship-driven communications. As the Creative Lead, you will overhaul customer communications across all platforms, including CRM, email, and SMS. Collaborating with Product, Design, and Customer Insights teams, you’ll foster trust and engagement through value-driven messaging.
