Responsibilities:
- Answers all phone calls promptly, professionally, and using a friendly greeting
- Negotiates/reduces liens with providers and third‑party payers at the resolution of the injured party’s claim
- Compiles and tabulates all associated client costs, medical bills, and fees
- Verifies existence of all outstanding liens and costs
- Prepares disbursement sheet showing breakdown of attorney’s fees and costs, and client’s medical bills and total recovery
