Design and scale innovative and secure systems that solve real and high-impact problems. Lead the architecture design and decision-making, evaluating trade-offs, risks, and dependencies to build scalable and resilient solutions. Drive end-to-end technical execution, from task definition and estimations to team coordination, deployments, and production operations.
Requirements
6 years of experience leading technical teams and supporting their evolution. Strong background in backend development, distributed systems, and REST APIs, with experience in Java and/or Go. Ability to translate business needs into concrete technical solutions while coordinating multiple teams.
