Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
- Maintain timely documentation in the EHR
- Support families with education and care coordination
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage/Family/Child Counseling
- Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C)
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Proficiency with Zoom, GSuite, and EHR systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
