Job Description
LPN Position
Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, RN, or physician
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, intake/output, and physical or emotional changes
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Valid and active NM License or compact license
Minimum 2 years of experience in LPN
Current AHA BLS
