Your Opportunity:

Wetaskiwin has an exciting opportunity for an LNP on our Day Surgery Unit. Wetaskiwin is a large rural hospital, & you will have the opportunity to work as part of our surgical & endoscopy teams. Wetaskiwin is a busy OR with 3 theaters performing a variety of general, gynecological, & ophthalmologic surgeries in addition to the established endoscopy program. We are excited to be working on expanding our programs in alignment with the AB Surgical Initiative & are looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team. You will report to the Operating Room department Manager & will be responsible for providing pre-operative, post-operative & endoscopy patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with College of Licenced Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA), Operating Room Nurses Association of Canada (ORNAC) & Canadian Standards Association (CSA).
