Location:  Walpole, MA 02081  
Contract : 13 weeks   
Shift : 8 hour Days  
 
Qualifications: 
 Licensure/Certification/Registration:  
• Licensed LPN  
• AHA BLS certified  
 Experience/ Skills:   
• Min 1 -2 year of LPN in rehab, LTC or skilled nursing facility will be preferred
