- Job Name- LPN|T-LPN
- REPORTS TO: RN Nursing Supervisor/Unit Manager/Center Nurse Executive
- Specialty- LPN - Rehab
- Job Type- Local and travel contract
- Radius rule for travel candidate- Travel LPN' permanent home address should be 50-mile away or greater from the facility' address to be considered as a Travel LPN.
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Active BLS/CPR, Active LPN state license & 1+ year of LPN experience.
- Work location- Onsite at 10 Sterling Drive Piscataway NJ 08854
- Shift- 12 hours Day shift. 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Shift Details: 3 days each week Monday to Friday Rotational
