Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Facility type: LTC/SNF Location: Middletown, RI 02842 Shift: 11pm – 7am - Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Contract Length: 9 Weeks Start Date: TBD

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• BLS (AHA).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a LPN in Long Term Care/SNF Facilities.
