Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Prosperity Workforce Solutions is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for our Long Term Care client based in Victoria, BC. The LPN is responsible for providing patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with the provincial standards of care.

Wage: Based on BC Wage Guide - $32.84 - $41.35/hour

Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of the inter-professional team as described by our Professional Practice Model applying the person-centered approach to care.
• Complete and ensure resident's clinical care assessments, care/service plans and documentation are accurate, up to date and changes communicated as required.
