Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN

Term: contract 9 weeks’ Shift: 7am – 3pm & 3pm – 11pm & 11pm – 7am (Five Days in a week includes EOW)

Required:

• Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
• Min 1 -2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
• Must work every other weekend.
• Responsibilities:
• Managed patient care through closely monitoring respiration, blood pressure, O2 stats and blood glucose levels.
• Administered controlled narcotics, also general medication, inserted IVs and performed catheterizations.
• Educated clients, patients and caregivers on medical diagnoses, treatment options, chronic disease self-management and wound management.
• Monitored and tracked patient vitals in point click care to keep team informed of changing conditions. <...
