Job Description
Community Options, Inc . is a national non-profit agency providing residential group home, day habilitation and supported employment services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.
We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Westmoreland, PA. The LPN delivers care to individuals in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
This position requires travelling to our group homes located in: Greensburg, Hempfield Township, Latrobe. Jeannette, Irwin, Unity Township
