Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time PM Shift. Eventide on Eighth!

Eventide on Eighth is hiring for a Full-Time LPN to work the PM (8 hours) shift (2:30p-11p), with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

$2 an hour weekend shift differential and $2 PM shift differential added to base wage!

Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:

• Must have an active MN LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required

Essential Job Duties

• LPN assess residents' needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews continuingly.
• Provides individual attention, which encourages each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
