Job Description
- Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Documenting resident care plans and progress notes.
- Communicating with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
