LPN Night Shift Opportunity

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
- Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications
- Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
- Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
- Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
