As key members of the nursing team, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible to provide safe, person-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for clients in continuing care settings. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications and treatments, and support clients in daily living to enhance their health and quality of life. This role focuses on Continuing Care at the Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, a 60-bed Type A facility that includes two secure units of 40 dementia-care beds.
