Overview:

Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire an LPN Intake Coordinator.

Position Status: Flexi, Days, Weekend hours as needed

Position Location: Remote with occasional onsite meetings and trainings in Chesapeake, VA. Eligible candidate must live no more than one hour away from Chesapeake, VA.

Hourly Range: $17.31 - $28.80

Evaluating and processing referrals by receiving and responding to incoming calls from referral sources or potential patients. Record the outcome of calls and make follow up calls as necessary.
