Library Experience Specialist – Community & Programs

The National Library Board (NLB) invites you to join our public library team in Singapore. You will guide customers on library etiquette, promote the collection and services, and lead a team of outsourced staff and volunteers to uphold service standards.

This role involves roving duties across branches, supporting library events, handling queries, and contributing to operations. Successful applicants will sign a two-year contract and may work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
