Leverage Finance Associate
This outstanding Finance practice at a leading UK law firm has a new opportunity for Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join the team. The work will entail advising private equity sponsors, credit funds, and corporate borrowers on leveraged and general finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions. With upwards of 4 years PQE in Leveraged Finance, the successful candidate will draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangement. A confident manner with stakeholders is essential to assist with managing deals from inception to close and support business development.
