Join Our Team as a 3rd / 4th Year Millwright Apprentice. Location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada (Onsite). Salary Range: $32.81 to $41.38 per hour + shift differential. Job Type: Full‑Time. Rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights, continental) + overtime as required. As a 3rd or 4th year apprentice, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our production equipment. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will apply advanced mechanical skills to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Install stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans.
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery for installation, setup, or repair.
