Job Description
- Significantexperience of supporting young people with special needs and/or a range oflearning difficulties within an SEN setting
- Experienceof supporting teaching and learning activities for students including thepreparation and organisational processes involved in the day to day running ofa lesson
- Experienceof working in partnership with classroom teachers to differentiate appropriateinterventions for students in relation to thecurriculum
- Experience of delivering bespoke interventionsto individuals or small groups of learners
- Experienceof providing cover in the short-term absence of the class teacher
- Experienceof monitoring and assessing student progress and engagement; and providingregular feedback to stakeholders.
- Experience of supporting young people toovercome barriers to their personal, social or learning development from apastoral perspective
- Anurturing and empathetic approach to behaviourmanagement
