Level 3 Network Diagnostics Engineer (Mandarin Support)

Wireless Logic is recruiting a Network Diagnostics Specialist to join our elite Service Desk. You will provide 24/7 expert support in English, resolving Level 3 network incidents and delivering reliable connectivity for customers worldwide.

The role requires strong Cisco CLI skills, 4+ years in NOC/ISP/MSP environments, and CCNP-level certifications. You will work closely with the Mobile Network team to drive rapid resolution and ensure SLA compliance.
