Level 3 Autism & SEND Teaching Assistant

New Directions is looking for a qualified Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition and complex needs. The role involves engaging with young people aged 11 to 16 in a school-based environment.

Key responsibilities include 1:1 support, customized learning activities, and implementing behaviour management plans. Candidates must hold a Level 3 qualification and have experience with non-verbal communication.

Enhanced DBS is required, along with two satisfactory references covering the last year.
