We’re supporting a major Information Management transformation and are looking for an experienced Intune Support Specialist (L2–L3) to join a critical hypercare phase.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly support enterprise device management and Windows 11 deployment across the organisation.

The Role

  • Deliver Level 2–3 hypercare support across Microsoft Intune
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 environments
  • Manage device compliance, configuration policies and endpoint security
  • Act as an escalation point for complex MDM and endpoint issues
  • Work closely with transformation and project teams during rollout
