Job Title : Legal Transformation Associate x 2

Location : Barcelona, Viladecans Office

Work Level : 1CC or 1MG, depending on level of experience

Duration : 12-month Temporary Role

Main Responsibilities

• Manage/support the delivery of allocated country‑level activities in support of BG Transformation.
• Liaise with external counsel (Clifford Chance), Central M&A, and Transformation teams, and country/BU/One UL lawyers to support timely execution of transformation plans.
• Support the preparation and coordination of legal documentation relating to entity set‑up and operationalisation, including licences and permits.
• Provide documentation and transactional support to central teams, working closely with local and general stakeholders.
