Job Description

THE ROLE

  • Deliver high‑quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors.
  • Audio typing and preparation of legal documents and case files.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing queries, and credit control.
  • Support new‑client onboarding, including AML checks and file setup.
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Liaise professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Handle sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Prepare court bundles and maintain organised case documentation.
  • Perform general office administration including filing, scanning, and CMS management.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold strict confidentiality.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential.
  • Litigation experience is desirable.
