We are looking for a Legal Project Manager to join one of the region’s largest and most established groups providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions. We are seeking an experienced Group Legal Restructuring Project Manager to lead a complex multi‑jurisdiction transformation program across the UAE, KSA and UK. Working closely with Group Legal executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will drive governance, coordinate legal restructuring activities and ensure the successful delivery of a large‑scale corporate transformation project.
