This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal PA with billing experience in a mid-size firm to join an major global name and support Senior Fee Earners. The ideal candidate: Has 2+ years as a Legal PA dealing with commercial files / clients Can demonstrate strong working knowledge of the billing process. Is a team-player who can be agile and work across various members of the team as required. Your daily tasks in this role will include: Delivery of high-quality administrative support to fee-earners. Proactively managing the monthly and quarterly billing processes. Updating client database and CRM for any BD activities. Producing high quality documents.
