Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Manager to work in our offices in Makati. This position will report directly to the Head of Legal for Southeast Asia.
The Legal Manager will provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance across Acciona Energía Philippines’ operations, supporting commercial contracts, financing transactions, energy agreements, corporate governance, and M&A activities. You will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliant, risk‑aware decisions, effective contract execution, and dispute management, enabling the company’s growth and operational excellence in the Philippine renewable energy sector.
