Aritzia is growing and our Legal, Employment team is expanding. This unique opportunity allows you to be part of the team responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks in all employment matters at Aritzia. As Legal Counsel, Employment, you will champion compliance with Aritzia’s employment policies and practices across U.S. operations while conducting legal research, managing disputes and partnering with cross‑functional teams and external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, update, and implement employment contract terms across the business.
• Mitigate employee relations risk and support investigations of employee conduct.
• Draft, update and implement contractor and related vendor agreements.
• Advise on the compliance and implementation of benefits plans.
