We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal candidate with hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing SaaS agreements, service agreements, and commercial contracts . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift environment and supporting global business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements , Master Service Agreements (MSA) , Statements of Work (SOW) , NDAs, and other commercial contracts
