Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Legal Executive to join our team at Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor. As our Legal Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's legal and compliance functions, with a focus on property law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage corporate and conveyancing legal matters for the company
• Draft, review, and advise on a wide range of legal documents , including but not limited to:
• Sale and Purchase Agreements
• Financing and security documents
• Commercial contracts and corporate documentation
• Provide legal support and advice on matters related to:
• Property development and land matters
• Project development
• Venture capital and investment structures
• Debt recovery and claims management
