To strengthen our Legal Services team at our headquarters in Uzwil, we are looking for a motivated and business‑minded Legal Counsel who combines strong legal expertise with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across our global organization, advising on a wide range of legal matters and supporting the business in achieving its goals in a compliant and commercially sound way.
Responsibilities
- You advise internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters, focusing on commercial contracts, IT law, and corporate governance.
- You draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including customer, supplier, and IT‑related contracts (software, cloud, SaaS).
- You develop and enhance contract templates, policies, and legal standards, supporting continuous improvement of legal processes and tools.
