A growing U.S.-based manufacturing organization is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support corporate, employment, and commercial legal matters across a fast-paced industrial environment.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to gain broad in-house experience while working directly with senior legal leadership and executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day legal support across business operations with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance
- Review, draft, and revise commercial agreements including NDAs, supply agreements, and tax equity documents
- Support contract management processes, templates, and standardized documentation systems
