Legal Counsel (Regulatory Licensing, Corporate Commercial & General Counsel Support) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our Group General Counsel across two core areas: (1) global regulatory licensing matters spanning jurisdictions that include Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, and Australia, and (2) broad general counsel support across corporate, commercial, disputes, compliance, and partnerships matters. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to a lawyer who is comfortable managing multiple external counsel relationships, drafting original policy and governance documents, and acting as a trusted internal advisor to Compliance, Partnerships, Sales, and Business teams.
